# What You'll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails (6 oz each), thawed if frozen

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - ½ tsp paprika
07 - ¼ tsp salt
08 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

09 - Lemon wedges, for serving
10 - Extra chopped parsley

# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat oven broiler to high heat and position rack in upper third of oven.
02 - Cut down center of top shell with kitchen shears, stopping at tail fin. Gently lift meat while keeping attached at base and rest on top of shell.
03 - Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in small bowl until well combined.
04 - Arrange prepared tails on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush garlic butter generously over exposed lobster meat.
05 - Broil 8-10 minutes until meat turns opaque and lightly browned, basting with remaining butter halfway through cooking.
06 - Transfer to plates and accompany with fresh lemon wedges and additional parsley sprinkle.
